International 24-hour coaching extravaganza, fundraising for MicroLoan Foundation.
On the 9th of October 2024 hundreds of professional coaches generously donate their time, offering 45 minutes coaching sessions in return for a $60 donation. This is an opportunity to get inspired, motivated, and uplifted as you connect with passionate coaches who are dedicated to helping you thrive.
But that’s not all. 100% of your donation will go towards supporting women facing extreme poverty in Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe. This is your chance to be a part of a global movement, where the power of coaching transcends boundaries and creates a ripple effect of positive change helping women and their families build brighter futures.

We’re thrilled to have support from organisations big and small, who seize the opportunity to access affordable coaching. Whether it’s life coaching, leadership coaching, confidence coaching or one of our other coaching categories, team members can select their coach.
The personal, professional and business benefits of coaching are wide-ranging. We offer Coachathon coaching sessions in bulk so you can invest in the development of your teams or staff rewards programmes, whilst donating to MicroLoan Foundation. Your donation will support aspiring female entrepreneurs in sub-Saharan Africa to build a business, and a better life for their families.

This event has proven to be a great opportunity to connect with a global coaching community, use your networks to introduce new people to coaching, and showcase your commitment to social responsibility.
We will ask that you donate from four to ten 45-min coaching sessions on a pro-bono basis and commit to the rules and spirit of the event.
You will be required to attend 1 briefing call during which we will tell you more about the initiative, requirements and what to expect. We will be able to answer any of your questions then too.
